What the year covers
Hosting, the whole site, unlimited pages, documents, and staff accounts, support, and the checks that run on every publish. All of it in the annual, not a base plan with modules stacked on top.
What moving in covers
We move you in: pages, documents, PDFs. The scanned ones become real pages, not images of pages, and your old links keep working. Charged once; not on the annual.
If you leave
You keep your domain. Your content exports as files you can open. We don't hold a public entity's website hostage. Putting that in writing is the point.
THREE OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
- Your own app. In both app stores, with push notices for closures, delays and news.
- Text and email alerts. One alert to your whole community, or just the people it affects.
- Live meetings. Streamed with captions, plus a searchable archive of every recording.
Each one is quoted beside your number, in the same letter. Skip them and nothing else changes.
THE PRICE LOCK
Your price doesn't change for .
No escalator, no renegotiation, no five-year term. The agreement is annual. Leave at the end of any year.
